The trust “Tatnefteprovodstroy” was established by Regulation No. 72 of January 14, 1953 of the USSR council of Ministers.
In 1993 the trust “Tatnefteprovodstroy” was reformed into an Open Joint Stock Company “Tatnefteprovodstroy”.

Company profile:
· Construction of main oil, gas and product pipelines;
· Construction of utilities;
· Civil engineering and welfare facilities;
· Equipment and machinery maintenance.
OJSC “Tatnefteprovodstroy” has the whole complex of machinery for execution of the above-listed types of works and has all necessary facilities to fulfill annual volume of works about 100-200 km of main pipelines.
OJSC "Tatnefteprovodstroy" is a registered member of the International Pipe Line Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) and the Russian Oil and Gas Contractors Union (ROGCU).
Quality system of OJSC "Tatnefteprovodstroy" meets the standard of GOST R ISO 9001:2001 (ISO 9001:2000). The company is certified for work at projects of OAO “Gazprom” and OAO “Transneft”, and it has two certificates of ‘Transsert” of the 1st and 2nd levels.
The company is a legal entity; it has its own independent assets. The property of the company is basic assets, circulating assets and other valuables, which prices are reflected in an independent balance sheet.
The company keeps management records and performance accounting records, provides the information to state authorities, necessary for taxation and keeping of national economic information system of collection and processing.
Organizational chart is a structure and relations of its parts: departments, divisions and other components, compiling into a unified economic facility. The company is headed by a director general, and all the departments report to him.
Total number of employees is 714 men, including 468 men engaged in production. There are more than 500 employees in subsidiary enterprises and affiliated companies.
At present OJSC “Tatnefteprovodstroy” is planning to reorganize the structure. There will be established 3-4 subsidiary enterprises within the joint-stock company, each of them will be oriented on a specific project.
